To which regions is shipping possible?

We ship to all locations in Germany

How long is the delivery time for orders?

For standard shipping, the delivery time is usually 5 to 7 working days.

Longer delivery times are to be expected in December and June.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

We track all shipments leaving our shop. If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please inform us so we can locate your shipment.

Which items are eligible for return?

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The items must be in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.

What fees apply to returns?

Repack the item, choose your preferred shipping provider and send the package back to us.
